Mission

Ascension and individual members of our community are engaged outside the walls of our church and actively involved in the life of the Stillwater area community and beyond. We are called to feed the hungry, cloth the naked, shelter the homeless, and visit those that are sick or in prison. It's increasingly and critically important to conserve, protect and restore our riverways and wildlands. Ascension has roots across in the Twin Cities.  We choose a mission each month and ask our entire congregation to support that month's nonprofit—multiplying and sustaining its impact in the community.
