Note: This system DOES NOT replace existing personal hearing aids.  It only helps personal hearing aids work better in the church. 

The hearing system is called Listen Everywhere.  It is an application (app) installed on your smartphone to help hearing aids work better.  

To install it, find the Listen Everywhere app in the Play Store (Android) or Appstore (Apple).

  • Make sure your hearing aids are connected to your smartphone with the application provided when you bought the hearing aids. 
  • Make sure your hearing aids are charged or have good batteries and are turned on and working with your smartphone.
  • Make sure your smartphone has Wi-Fi turned on and is connected to Ascension WiFi.  
  • The password is: FreeToQuestion (Capitalize 1st letter of each word, no spaces)
  • Start/Open the Listen Everywhere app and select Audio NKMB
  • You should now be hearing the service directly to your hearing aids.  Adjust the volume on your smartphone.

If you have an older style hearing aid, one that does not connect to a smartphone, please see the tech support team in the back of the church.  We are there most often for the 10 o’clock service.  We have several special “hearing loop” necklaces you can use that will support the older T-coil hearing aids.
